In this article let we know about what is meditation and how to practice it.

Introduction
                Meditation is a form of exercise to your brain and mind, whenever you practice muscular exercise your muscles Becomes strong so while meditating your all brain and a mind properties, for example - it improves concentration, focus, memory power, will power, etc 
                 Apart from the spiritual dimension the medidation have a lot of logical and scientific benefits. Many non god believers thinks meditation is for only spiritual aspirants but it is not true human beings cannot control the mind without meditation (or) similar technique like meditation.

How to practice meditation in very easier way.
                 1. Sit erect with spine stright and don't push your body with too much tension, just do it relax because medidation is the purpose for peace of mind. If it's disturb your calmness during meditation it is not a good meditation technique.
                 2. Your hand should be in meditation mudra. ( or any other mudra, but stillness of the body is very important. Body movement leads to mind wandering and wandering mind is not a concentrated mind)
                  3. Then after this watch your thoughts like watching a television. Don't attach to any thoughts just watch it. ( During this time your mind maybe try to disturb you and generates variety of thoughts, your mind works on it's full performance to disturb you, so don't distract from the goal just watch your thoughts that's all) 
                  4. After the meditation period of time ( your meditation period should be decided before meditation strictly. Because you are mind suddenly remember some works (or) some activities to disturb you, if you get out of meditation frequently then you loss your will power and you cannot continue your meditation )
                  5. Be Aware of the entire meditation period, do the meditation consciously not mechanically. ( Mechanical meditation is not give much results ) 
                   6. During the meditation ( whatching your thoughts ) your thoughts frequency is slowly readuced, 
    Thought frequency= No.of thoughts/ second
                  7. Do not expect a result in a days, do the practice perfectly results will come automatically, meditation is a scientific practice, It works like a mathematics do not worry.
Why you need to watch your thoughts during meditation
                  The Thoughts are not defines who you are, because it's things stored in your brain for living purpose.
                 For example : if you live in a forest from birth to age 25. Then your 26th age thoughts are only related to your forest circumstance, life styles, etc.
                 If the same person is living on a city in the given duration, then they thoughts are fully on city oriented.
                 Show the period of birth to awareness stage, human being are living a programmatic life, this programs are the thoughts ( maybe it is created by the circumstances or parents or societies, etc )
                 When ever you try to watch your thoughts you try to dete attach from the thoughts, your thoughts are not control you anymore, so now you have no boundary to  create your own lifestyle.
                  On this time you separate from your thought patterns and you have a conscious control over it. So when ever you need to use your mind to work or speak or any other thing, you just use your mind in your own control.

Benefits of meditation
           Whenever anyone start a meditation their inner evolution growing up.
            Brain age will be reduced.
            The meditation improving the long term holding ability of the humans, some people should not wait on one hour, but the structure of the meditation practice need to be more calmness during practice. ( So you can hold bitcoin until 2022 from 2009 without distrubing it ) 
             Also you have mastery over your body, see this example - someone is not sitting on a same place for 4 hour, so they cannot able to wait in banks, schools, officers, they also having a patterned life cycle. So the structure of the meditation is designed to master your body in various conditions and emotions. (being stable in the unstable world with help of meditation)
           Also you are not responding every thought in meditation. For example - during the meditation you think about your recharge deadline, now you have to chances go and check your mobile phone otherwise just watch your thoughts until the meditation period ends so if you are mastering the meditation then you have master your mind also
           Meditated beings live life in a different diamonds.
