Pranayama (Breathing Excersise)
Introduction
I am try to explain the pranayama technique in logical and scientific way. Pranayama is a lungs excersise (breathing Excercise). It is a training process to increase the lungs oxygen observing capacity. Similar to the muscular excercises
How pranayama technique works
The untrained lungs is not works on it is maximum performance. Because lack exercise, posture,Lifestyle,etc. If you do pranayama regularly then your lungs expand fully and getting maximum oxygen from the air.
How To Practice Pranayama
Step 1
Sit erect your Spaine must be straight inhale the air through nostrils instead of counting one to ten (1-10). Do not try very high number of counting initially. Small number of counting is OK but ratio between the each counting is very important.
Step 2
After the full inhalation in Step 1. Hold th entire air on your lungs and counts one to twenty ( 1-20 ).
Step 3
After Step 2 exhale the air in the period of counting one to ten (1-10).
Step 4
After the full exhalation. Hold the breath on the empty condion of lungs. While holding count one to ten ( 1-10 ).
So the ratio along with the given steps are 1:2:1:1.
(1) during inhalation.
(2)during retardation or holding.
(1)during exhalation.
(1)on empty condition.
Repeat this cycle until you feel discomfort. Do not hurt you, do it normally.
Benefits of pranayama
1.The human body is not only Liv by a food alone it need oxygen from air, so during this practice your oxygen observing capacity increases. ( this is the reason for retardation period is higher than the other three ).
2. Restless breathing is calm and it's changed to rhythmic breathing.
3. If the breathing of the human is normal then the blood of the body I also normal because of Breathing affect heart beat and heart beat rate affects the blood circulation. So pranayama improves the kidney and overall body health.
4. Whenever you check your breathing during angry, Breathing is directly related to the human emotions l, so the rhythmic breathing is improve your emotional balance.
5. The well trained lungs have a less chances to affect by the cold and mucus.
6. Regular practice of pranayama improves your chest expansion, it's increase your confidence.
7. The linear breathing cycle per minute is improves your overall life span, tortoise breathing cycle is 4-5 minutes, this is the one of the reason it's high life span (300 years).
