Meditation tips for beginners

Let's ready to meditate long time without shutting down it again and again 

Read it consciously, don't multitask.

Introduction
Many peoples are not meditate even few minutes, I have tell some tips with this steps you can medicate regularly and long time.

Tips.
1. Choose same time on everyday and same place. ( For Example. Meditate on your Pooja room every day ) 
2. Try to keep this place silent otherwise meditate during that time of silent after (all peoples sleeping on night).
3. Do not meditate plain floor, try to use some soft meditation place. (fold clothes and use it as a meditation bed)
4. Meditation poster is very important, restless body create restless mind, so posture is very important.
5. Spine straight is very must. ( only highly evoluted beings have a straight Spinal so your body is priceless use it wisely)
6. If you are not comfortable mudra in your hands, then don't try or to maintain mudra just relaxly place your hands.
7. Do not try hard for padmasana,or cross leg position or even sitting on the chair is enough.
8. Now after sitting focus on the third eye, don't rotate your gaze, ( Entire meditation period you must focus on the third ) practice makes it perfect.( Don't too much worry about it on beginning )
9. Now you watch your thoughts, like watching a television, please try to remove your attachment from the thoughts.

11. After meditation try to keep this piece of mind on entire day.
